Here's how it works.
Each of your guests receives all of the recipes so they can
show off their new learned skills to their family and friends.
Guests arrive, glasses of wine are served, appetizers are ready
to sample and the cooking begins! Chef Don explains and demonstrates
techniques and you, your family and friends join in on the fun.
While everyone is cooking and having fun Chef Don's famed stories
from his national and international travels are told for all
to hear. After the cooking is done we all eat together and talk
about the wonderful experience we just had.
